USQ 2020 Southwest Regional Championship

Event Summary

The US Quidditch 2020 Southwest Regional Championship is US Quidditch's event for Southwest teams to qualify for US Quidditch Cup 13. This year, the tournament will take place at LSU UREC Field Complex on February 8 and 9. To sign up to volunteer, please peruse the Role Categories below and select whichever ones you are willing and able to take on. Please follow these steps to sign up for shifts:

  1. Ensure you are logged in. If you see the word "Login" in the upper right corner, you are not logged in, and you will not be able to sign up for shifts. Click here to login, or here to make an account.
  2. Once logged in, select your "Role Category" in the dropdown below. This is the type of volunteer assignment you'd like your first shift to be.
    1. For a description of each Role Category, select your Role Category and then the  symbol to read more about it.
  3. Now, select your first shift! To do this, click "Select" next to the date and time you would like. If you do not see the "Select" button, you are not logged in. Click here to login, or here to make an account.
  4. Keep repeating this process until you have selected all shifts that you would like. You are more than welcome to choose different Role Categories, and we will do our best to place you in those roles at those times. We greatly appreciate if you could sign up for at least two shifts.
  5. Once you have selected all of your shifts, select "Submit Application." If you would like to add or remove shifts, you can do so by returning to this page.
